Not able to install the sofwatre provided

Hello,
Hi. i have purchased a new mobile Samsung GT-B3313. im trying to install the software given through teh cd but not successful in doing so. Please help me. Request you to provide the solution ASAP.

Dear Divs,

The installation cd perhaps contains some errors or still it could be that

they have provided you the wrong installation cd. In such a case, I will

advise you to contact the distributor and obtain the right cd from them.
