Eiroga e71 not doing work

Hello,
I have an Eiroga E71 mobile phone. I am unable to make outgoing and incoming calls from my mobile. Its showing "Insert sim". I have insert both sim but shwon display that insert sim.Please tell me what is the problem and what should I do. I there is any repair required, where should I get it done.

Dear Sir,

This might be a problem with the network but you should first check

whether the phone is locked and if it needs to be unlocked so that

you can get to use it. Please check it with your service provider.
