nokia e71 install application via internetClosed

Question

Hello,  

i am having nokia e71 and I am not able to install any application from internet. I am getting certification error I tried solving it by going *Go to menu>"Tools", then>"Application Management">"Options">"Settings">"Software installation", select "All".  

i did not found application management option on my phone can you please help me out in this.  


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

If doing this doesn't solve the problem, I will advise to make a back up and reset the phone through the below: 

*#7370# 

If this also doesn't work then try re-updating ur software.

Hello, 

It should normally work after going through the steps that you followed. If it is not working however pleasem get through these ones:

Go to Tools -> App. Manager, choose Options -> Settings and set Software installation to All and Online certif, check to Off.

By the way, is it a certificate expired error please?

If doing this doesn't solve the problem, I will advise to make a back up and reset the phone through the below:

If this also doesn't work then try re-updating ur software.
