Hello,

When I print my Data on MS Word using my black cartridge (HP Deskjet D2560), it would not print?
What is the common problems on this?

The answers is needed as soon as possible? Thank you

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the catridge that you are using hasn't got

its ink dried up. If it is the case, you will have to replace it.
