Problem with my laltop

Hello,
whne i turn on my laptop it will start windows, but the screen will turn blue then restart over and over

Dear Jericho,

Please consider starting Windows in Safe Mode and then carry out a system

restore to see whether the problem gets solved.

Make sure you take out any disks.
