formate pan drive Closed

Hello,
 i have pandrive on 4 G.B i want to formate pen drive but it display message warrning: Formatting will erase all data on this disk To formate this disk, Click OK To quit click CANCEL  i click on OK button then also formate not start & again same message disply

Dear Bhavika, 

The problem being experienced might be occuring for the simple 

reason that the disk is write protected. Please remove the write 

protection in order for the format of the pen to complete. Please 

follow the below instructions in order to have the task completed:

Remove Write Protection on Pen drive
