hi there!

i tried downloading videos online, but when i played it using my mp5 there's no sound...
please help!!!

Dear Sir,

You should check whether it is in the supported format.

It might be that the format is not being supported and hence

you aren't obtaining any sound from it.

yeah, i did that.

i checked the box for the supported formats and still there's no sound.
