Hi there,
Boot from your windows installation cd and make a system repair or choose safe mode in boot option and once logged,right click on my computer>properties>advance system setting tab >startup and recovery,press on settings and disable automatically restart press on apply and Ok,restart to apply effects.To make system repair in case not able to boot safe mode and still in loop restart sequence follow the instructions on link below fro kioskea Faq:
