I cant install itunes

Hello,
By accident when i was trying to clean out my files.i accidently uninstalled Quicktime , so my itunes stopped working.I uninstalled everything that related with itunes, and then i tried reinstalling and im getting error messages,Win32 and stuff like that,does anyone have any ideas?
