Need of a project

Hello,
I am in need of a project on "COMPLAIN MANAGEMENT & SCHEDULING SYSTEM " in asp.net & sql server .
The complain basically deals with products of different companies, such as LG, SONY, etc.
It's so that a customer purchases some product, after purchasing his product, he registers his product on our website by creating his own user name & password . as there is some complain related to the product, he registers his complain through the username & passsword provided & thus accordingly, the complain management company surve the customer accordingly
