Hi there,
You should make a backup of all your personal data like office files,pictures,movies and other things you think is important by moving to a removable drive,burn on cd/dvd or to other existing partition so as to get them back after formatting whenever needed.Then boot from your windows installation cd and format and make a fresh and new windows installation.
