In order to remove it you will have to rename the executable file so it doesn't start up when you boot into windows.
File location:
C:\Program Files\PersonalSec\psecurity.exe
if you rename the psecurity.exe to psecurity.exef it won't start the program.
From there, you can download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove the virus fully. Before you scan, make sure it is up to date. Perform a Full System Scan and when it's done, remove the files. If it has you restart the computer to finish the removals, by all means do so.
