Help, Help, Help, Any one have any luck getting their money back from Personal Security or having it deleted from their credit card. Thanks

In order to remove it you will have to rename the executable file so it doesn't start up when you boot into windows.

File location:

C:\Program Files\PersonalSec\psecurity.exe

if you rename the psecurity.exe to psecurity.exef it won't start the program.

From there, you can download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove the virus fully. Before you scan, make sure it is up to date. Perform a Full System Scan and when it's done, remove the files. If it has you restart the computer to finish the removals, by all means do so.
