Every time I restarted my PC all partition go

Hello, I am Besso
I have a big Problem and I hope that u will help me
I bought a new laptop and when I used the disk manegement to partition my disk every time I restarted my PC all partitions disapeared and when I checked disk manegement I discovered that no changes are applied and so on
