Help my iphone 3g was stolen

Hello,
my Iphone was stolen and i want to get my music back but i don't have it saved to my laptop but i got the music through itunes is there a way yo get it back?

If you have the iTunes ID and password then Itunes will download all your purchased songs to the laptop.
