it is a virus related problem.
try goin to safe mode. to do this
restart ur pc and press F8
ull get a startup menu the top option wud be login to safe mode
do tat n let it start
once done go to
C:\windows\system32\sc.exe
that is go to c drive > then click windows folder>then on windows 32 folder>
right click inside and select view by > list
then right click again n arrange by> modified
towards the end ul fidn that file sc.exe
click on that and keep pressing SHift and then right click and delete. it ill get deleted.
