PROBLEM WIHT POWER ON MY COMPAQ

Hello, RECENTLY WHEN I TRY TO TURN ON MY COMPAQ COMPUTER THE POWER LIGHT JUST BLINKS AT ME. The system does not power on nothing comes on my screen. I have tried a different power cord and even tried just battery power nothing seems to be helping.

Try taking your RAM chip out and replacing it with another, I had the same problem and I took one of the RAM chips out (I had two cos I added another) and it seemed to work fine. Good Luck.
