Maxx gc355 connection with pc

Hello,
I have maxx gc355 which has problem in connection with pc. I have pssync software downloaded from it's website but problem remains as it is.
pls help.

Dear Sir,

If you are actually connecting it via a cable, you will have to get the cable driver downloaded from the following link and installed:

http://www.micromaxinfo.com/downloads/drivers/q3.html
