so i've exhausted every option i've seen here...the problem with my system restore is that when i get to safe mode and try to run system restore my laptop shuts down...i dont know what else to do...any more ideas?
Make a system repair by booting from windows installation cd and select repair instead of format,link below form kioskea Faq will guide you during the process:
