several ways to do this.
you could either purchase 4 x wireless cards and fit them to the machines and purchase a wireless router and connect them up to that or;
get a hub and use network cables from the PCs to the hub.
right click my computer and select properties on each machine and click "change" - select workgroup and make the name the same on all machines eg. WORKGROUP
go to start > control panel > network setup and follow the instructions on each machine to setup file sharing.
