Hello,
 i need to retreive the chat history of the months of october and november 2009. i had activated the save chat history even before oct 2009, however i am unable to find a few chats history of the month of oct and nov. i have not deleted any of it. yet it is missing. i am the only person who accesses my account. can i retreive it?
