Blue screen appears when put wireless adapter

Hello,
I have this big problem when I put my wireless network adapter into my laptop, some blue screen appears reporting some error and something about dumping physical memory. This only happens when I put the adapter.Otherwise, it works great! And whats more strange is that i used the same adapter on the same laptop few months ago and it worked good. But now it wont. Could anyone offer some help about what the problem is and how can I solve it?

looks like I have the same problem.
I use alfa wireless lan model AWUS036H which is also called Realtek RTL8187
and I also get blue screen when my laptop is about to complete its boot,i.e. when desktop
icons appear and once I removed this usb lan and the laptop booted normally
but when I attched it the blue screen happened so I am sure the cause of blue screen
is from this usb lan and I am using windows 7 and I have updated the driver of this
alfa lan directly from the company site itself but still get this problem.
would you please tell me what is the model of your wireless lan?
