Need help urgently - you tube not working!

Hi,

I have a big PROBLEM!!!! BIG , BIG , BIG!!!!!!!

you tube isn't working games , music , videos ETC....
It's happened on my laptop before. It took way too long for it
to get over it. I cannot stand it much longer! How can we
work it? I love music but nothing will work except for
still pages nothing to do with moving. use something to help
me. I don't live in NZ, but can you get maybe some information from
