Hi there,
Have you tested it before purchase or on other system board to know if its not faulty?Its also possible that you damaged the port on the mother board,please give more information and feedback.

I have not tested in the shop before purchase. But I have fixed in the other system and checked. Some of my collogues were told me that I have to reinstall the OS. is that true.
