Where has my personal security gone?

Hello,
i recently purchased Personal Security for a one of charge, have the activation key but the software seems to have dissapered of my laptop and i dont know where to go to get it again or what i have to do now, the one thing i do know is i wont pay again

Dear Vicky,

Personal security is actually a spam bringing to you fake results and making you purchase the non existent application and hence taking your money. You should file a legal case about the matter and check on which account the transaction has been made.
