I forgot my password and security question

Hello,
my name is Himanshu dewan. I have problem with my gmail id.
somebody had access my acount so that why m changed my passwaord and security question, but now i am forgot that question and password......

will help me plz......

Please contact the Gmail Support in order to obtain information whether you can get using other confirmations for changing the password.
