Mp3 player problem

Hello,
hello,
i'm having aproblem with my mp3 player when i insert it to usb port it says"i:\ is not "accessible the request could not be performed because of an i/o device errore."
how could i fix it .

Please get the problem fixed by using an alternative USB port.
