Hello,
I cannot open some attachments because a box says " I have an open dialogue box. Please close it" What is a dialogue box? How do I find the open one and close it?

Dear Stina,

The problem that you are experiencing is sourcing from a virus infection. Please carry out a virus scan and hence get it removed for the problem to get solved.
