My disk properties shows disk is full

Hello,
the content of my D drive shows they ocupy 8.20 GB space (all content are selected by CTRL+A ). when i see the properties of drive it's shows almost 20GB drive is full only 50 mb free space availble .
the same problem i m facing at my all disk dirve including C drive
