Facebook opening problem

Hello,
i have internet explorer latest version n i have firefox also but still whenever i open my facebook account on firefox or internet explorer it shows error on page,, anybody plz let me know that how can i solve this problem myselve,,,,,,,,

It might be that the specific website has been blocked. Please try using an online proxy to open the account.
