Hello,
i have got a hdmi cable and put it into my tv and it is only showing me my desktop backround and that is it, its not showing me what sites i click on, i was wondering how you can get on your tv what site you are on and how do you do it, many thanks

It sounds like you have the external monitor (TV) set as an extended desktop. You need to change the video card options. You can try to right click the mouse on an empty area of the desktop and select the video card option or go to Control Panel adn find the video card icon.
