I HAVE A E71 PRO CELL PHONE I HAVE A PROBLEM I CANT MAKE CALLS ON THE SCREEN IT SAYS URGENT HELP PLEASE

This problem that you are experiencing is actually from the SIM card that you are using. Please try using another SIM card to have the problem solved.
