Desk top shut down and wont start

Hello,
my desk top shut down, the fan was blocked, it wont restart, can you give me some advise??

Hi there,

You might need to change the power supply ,before changing it ,check the power cord if current is flowing ,even the wall outlet and fuse in plug,get those be changed before changing power supply.
