Pc Crashing

Hello,

Whenever I plug my iPod or external hard drive into my computer, it crashes several times. However, this does not happen on other pcs. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Right click on my computer>advanced tab.Start up and recovery>press on settings and disable automatic restart on dump memory.

Tried that but still the same. Any other ideas? Someone said removing all USBs in DEVISE MANAGER. I'm a bit wary doing this. Am I right to be wary? What do you think?
