cannot send any files through bluebooth Closed

Hello,
my uncle brought this phone in cheenai 5 days back.yesterday only i opened the phone. i tried to send a photo from my friend phone to this phone but i my phone did not accepted. today i tried to send some phones and songs but it is not accepting.it is showing "WRITE FILE FAILED" OR "INCOORECT PERMISSION". can any one help me how to solve this problem?

Please give model of handset to as to provide you the steps to be taken to make file transfer by using bluetooth.
