Downloading music onto cell phone

Hello,
I am new to the whole computer thing, and i just purchased a samsung cell phone and wanted to download some music onto the cell phone from my acer 7 laptop computer. I bought a memory card, a Mobile microSDHC 4 GB and now, i do not know what to do with it. Can you help me.?

Please get the phone connected through the use of your PC suite and hence get the possibility to transfer the files.
