How To Format A Written Protected Flash Drive

Hello,
I brought some flash drive. now i'm having problems with them. I have store things in it. Now it won't delete out or I can't format. Give me a error saying written protected? How is there a way I could fix it? Can anyone help me. Thank you

It's isn't working. The part that say HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies. Well I found the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control but the rest of the StorageDevicePolicies can't be found. But thank you helping me? Can i try a different way?
