How to format a write protected USB flash disk

Hello, i have tried many methods & several others in cmd to fix my usb write protectd error. But still doesn't work. i discovered later to fix it i must use the same PC i used to enable "write protected" but i can’t use it right now, so can you help me or it’s hopeless .
