samsun star superb Wifi configSolved/Closed

Question

Hello, 
 I have purchased Samsung star superb 10 days before,i stay in hostel and have wireless network there.I tried to configure the wifi in star superb but it didnt work.I also tried some configuration on websites but their is error when i start browsing, 
error-DNS failed and some time can no take request failed 
Can you solve this problem or can you tell me how to configure WIFI  
Our wireless configuration are 
Proxy server adress-172.16.0.1 
Port-3128

this is not a mobile phone errors this all are connection error
if wifi is not woork then open wifi and search then click on api wifi lan and check there is option of network password if it then it is password protected if u know password then enter in it if not ucant use the school wifi
