PLOTTER HP DESIGNJET 4500 MFP Closed

Hello,
I WOULD LIKE TO DOWNLOAD THE ABOVE PLOTTER'S INSTALLATION, OUR SOFTWARE DISC FOR INSTALLING THE PRINTER GOT LOST. I WORK FOR ESKOM AND WE BOUGHT THE PLOTTER FOR OUR SURVEY DEPARTMENT AND OUR DISC GOT LOST. THE PLOTTER COST OVER R900,000.00 AND CAN NOT ACCESS THE PLOTTER CAUSE THE INSTALLATION DISC IS GONE.
