First get the service activated on mobile phone,then install pc suite on computer,download it from link below if you do not have it:
https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/5655-nokia-suite-for-pc/
Then use your usb cable and connect from mobile to pc and open pc suite then synchronize devices and get ready for browsing.
