Power not startup

Hello,
I use dell inspiron 1545 with window vistar . I charged last day but the window is not start and power not come. Plz help me.

Hi there,

First of all test your power cable and adapter if power is coming if not then needs to be change,revert back with result obtained for more help on troubleshooting the issue.
