Restore China N5800 Xpress Music Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 
i m using China N5800 Xpress Music.. . When i pressed RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS ..  
 It rebooted and its touch sensitivity gone. 

when we press 7 on no: pad it will call 
when we press  1 it will press 7  

Please find me a software to restore it to original conditions ...  
It might be a software problem... Hmm.. 

Please find a solutionConfiguration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

just go to your calling option and dial *#987#.......... it checks the software and restore default software...........

Yes indeed its a software problem,take it to a mobile phone repair shop get it flashed and install the platform.

Try calibrating your pen through the pen calibration menu on the phone

i know somthing that may help you in this go to the mobile setting  and after that phine setting then pen calibration and priss by the mobile pen on the dot (..) and after that untile the mob say done the mobile touch will be good
