Cant seem to get rid of it!

Hello,
I just purchased an imac second hand... no problems at all, except the previous owner seems to have enjoyed pornography - and lots of it. Although i'm a warm blooded male, I dont think I want it on there! Th eproblem being is that theres so much in different folders, renamed as essential mac files etc. Is there such a thing as a porn searcher?? I'v heard there is one which can reconise indecent images...

Do i just put up with it or keep searching 1000's of folders???
