Hello, I would like to know about my Hp photosmart A636 printd with a red x on window and the prints are
one colour magenta is it time for a new cartridge Tried other ideas like resetting to no avail J

Hi there,

The cartridge ink has dried inside and needs to be replaced that's why you are having this problem.
