Micro help?

Hey guys,
I'm running Excel '07, and I'm stuck doing data entry on something which can be simplified greatly with the help of a micro. Maybe one of y'all can help?

Pretty much, I've got data coming into me as follows:
Chicken, W. - WE444 AA - Deliciousness, Yum Yum
Chicken, D. - XX432 B4 - Almost as delicious!

And what I'm looking to do is separate the data into colums as follows:
D | Chicken | XX | 432 | B4 | Almost as delicious!

Is this possible? Would someone kindly mind throwing some code up to help in this task?
