Hello,
after i download my game to my laptop, and run it, it says sometheing about the graphic and then eather shuts down my computer or exits off. i didnt have a problem with downloading it or anything, just getting it started. does it need enter net to be able to play? what should i do?

Hi there,

Are all drivers installed on system?please check and install where needed in device manager by using driver cd and update if needed,revert back with more information with your system specifications.

no it doesn't need internet its just Ur laptops dead like mine when i play the sims 3 the laptop dies on me and shuts down i hate that to

Its cause the sims is so big in like space that it makes the computer extremely hot and the fans inside need to stop so it automatically shuts down :/ it does it to me haha :)
