Who to block a deleted messenger contact

Hello,
Does anyone know how to block a deleted Windows live messenger contact?

I deleted a contact, but that person can send me messages, and I cant see her in my contact list. Now I want to block that person, son she cannot contact me.

when this person send you messages, try to add her again. Then you will see the contact appearing in the contact list. You block the contact then you delete her.
