My pc does not want to switch on

Hello,
when i switch it on only the fans that spin for few seconds thereafter switch off again. this problem is reccuring as i fixed it before, i changed the RAMs then it worked fine but now it returned to its faulty state......plllllsss help me!!!!!

is this a desktop or a laptop

if desktop

i suggest ui open up the case and check if the processor cooling fan (fan mounted on ur processor chip) is working, or is it slow,, as overheating also is the main cause for such issues as to protect ur chip from burning out
