Need help to program a video game

Hello,
I have a really good idea for a video game that is based on the novel series called Dune written by Frank Herbert. But the problem is i dont know how to write videogames and part of my game involves having the gameplay and graphics much like those of COD modern warfare 2, So i want to know where i can contact someone from the company that made COD who can help me make my game, or anyone who is really good at making video games. Also i need to contact the owners of the rights to the Dune series, But that is only if i can get the game to be a possible reality.
