Hello,
I have basic knowledge of Excel.

i am currently trying to link my data on my invoice Excel spreadsheet to another spreadsheet, which would save this data for sales records. It would need to update each time I enter new information into my Invoice template, whilst saving the previous/existing data.

Can anyone help????

Do you have a template already or just starting with this idea ?. If you do have a template, could you put at a shared site. You can use https://authentification.site or some other site.
